Using Gidstack

These terms describe your use of Gidstack’s website, creator dashboard, public pages and related services. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Gidstack for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use account-security features responsibly. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for the access you give team members. Tell support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content and conduct

You retain rights in content you own. You give Gidstack permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the services you choose, including publishing pages and delivering purchased files. You must have permission to use the names, images, files, trademarks and other material you publish.

Do not use Gidstack for fraud, impersonation, unlawful products or content, unauthorized access, abusive automation, malware or infringement of others’ rights. Do not misrepresent your identity or claim that Gidstack has verified or endorsed you unless that status has actually been granted. Gidstack may restrict content or access to protect users, investigate abuse or meet legal requirements.

Selling and buying

Creators are responsible for describing their offers accurately, having the right to sell them, delivering what they promise, communicating applicable refund and cancellation conditions, and meeting their tax and consumer-law obligations. Buyers should review an offer’s description, price, currency and creator’s terms before paying.

Payment and fulfillment status is confirmed through Gidstack’s records and its payment provider. An opened checkout or submitted transfer is not by itself proof of successful payment. If a purchase is not delivered or a charge is disputed, contact the creator and Gidstack support with the transaction reference. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Fees, plans and renewals

Prices, currencies and any applicable fees are shown at the relevant checkout or payout review. Review the complete amount before confirming. Provider availability and eligible payment methods may change. Creator sales, tips and paid Gidstack plans are separate transactions.

Link in Bio Pro and Plus currently offer one-time monthly or yearly access in Nigerian naira. A one-time payment does not authorize automatic renewal. The selected plan is activated after payment is verified, and its access period is shown in Plans & billing. Any future automatic-renewal option requires an explicit choice at checkout. Free-plan limits apply when paid access expires, subject to the content-preservation behavior described in the product guides.

Verification and payouts

Paid checkout and payouts depend on required identity checks, review of the payout application, an eligible payout account and provider availability. Current payouts are in NGN through supported Nigerian bank accounts. Do not use another person’s identity or account details without lawful authority.

Transfer fees, available balances, holds and payout status are shown in the dashboard where applicable. A pending transfer is not a completed payout. Reviews, provider processing, disputes or security checks may delay availability. Gidstack may request further information to resolve an application or payment exception.

Connected services

Gidstack uses services such as Paystack for payments and Dojah for identity verification. You may also choose to connect mailing, scheduling or other tools. These services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use, and review the permissions you grant.

Account closure and service changes

You can contact support about closing your account. Closure does not automatically reverse completed purchases, cancel obligations to customers or remove financial records that must be retained. Resolve outstanding transactions and download records you need before requesting closure.

Features and availability may change as the service develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or security incidents. These terms do not remove rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
