How to enable multi-factor authentication
This guide explains how to enable Multi-factor authentication on your Gidstack account and secure your sign-in with an authenticator app.
Follow these steps
Open Account Security
Open your profile menu, choose Profile and Security, then select the Multi-factor authentication switch to open its setup.
Set Up Your Authenticator
Use your authenticator app to scan the displayed QR code. If scanning is not available, enter the setup key manually.
Confirm the Setup
Enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app and select Enable MFA.
Keep Your Recovery Codes Safe
Save the recovery codes somewhere private and separate from your device. Check I saved these recovery codes somewhere safe, then select Done. Test your next sign-in to confirm that MFA works.
