How to connect Mailchimp

This guide explains how to connect a Mailchimp audience to a Mailing list block on your Gidstack Link in Bio and check subscriber delivery.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Integrations

    As the workspace owner, admin, or an authorized developer, open Link in Bio, select the page you want to connect under Your pages, and then open Integrations.

  2. Select Your Provider

    Select Mailchimp in Integrations. From your Mailchimp account, copy the API key and Audience ID for the audience you want subscribers to join.

  3. Connect Your Account

    Enter the required details in the connection form and select Connect. Your credentials are stored securely and are not shown on your public page. Any provider subscriptions or charges are separate from Gidstack.

  4. Confirm Subscriber Delivery

    Select Mailchimp in your Mailing list block, save and publish the page, then test the signup using an email address you can access. Give the required consent when subscribing and check connection and delivery status. A saved contact alone does not confirm that Mailchimp received it.
