How to Setup the Get Tipped Feature

Follow these steps

   Add Get tipped to your page

   Open Link in Bio, choose the page you want to update, select Add block and choose Get tipped. Native Gidstack checkout does not require an external payment URL, a Buy Me a Coffee account or a Ko-fi account.

   Choose the gift and its NGN price

   Use Choose a gift, then edit Gift name and Description. Set Price per gift in Nigerian naira (NGN). Visitors use the quantity controls to choose how many gifts to send; the displayed total follows that quantity.

   Save and publish

   Saving the block sets up its Gidstack checkout. Preview your page, then publish the changes to make the new block or price available to visitors. Saving a draft alone does not change the live page.

   Check payment availability

   If the public block says Tips are temporarily unavailable, review your account's payment eligibility and payout setup. Saving a coffee block or purchasing a paid plan does not approve identity verification, bank details or payouts.

   Understand the visitor checkout

   The visitor chooses a quantity and selects Send with the displayed amount. They enter Full name and Email address, optionally add a message, and provide a phone number if required. Review tip shows the tip, checkout fees and total before the final Pay button opens secure Paystack checkout.

6. 06

   Wait for confirmed payment

   This is a one-time gift. Gidstack confirms payment using Paystack evidence; returning from checkout alone does not prove payment succeeded. Tip platform fees depend on the plan, processing fees are separate, and a confirmed tip is not a promise of an immediate bank withdrawal.
