How to stop renewing your Link in Bio plan
This guide explains how to turn off automatic renewal for your Link in Bio plan and what happens when your current paid period ends.
Follow these steps
Open Plans & Billing
Sign in to Gidstack, go to Settings → Plans & billing, and confirm that you are the workspace owner, as only the owner can change the plan.
Check Your Payment Type
If your plan is set to Pay once, it does not renew automatically. You do not need to cancel anything; simply do not make another payment. Check the paid-through date to see when your current access ends.
Turn Off Automatic Renewal
If you have an existing recurring plan, select Cancel renewal, review the paid-through date, and confirm the cancellation. Complete any required account-security verification and wait until Renewal is off appears before considering the cancellation complete.
Understand What Happens After Expiry
Your paid access remains active until the displayed paid-through date. Your existing page content remains available afterward, but new paid features and services such as ongoing connections, tracking, and custom-domain routing require an active plan. When you are ready to continue, you can use Renew Pro or Renew Plus to purchase another period.
