How to stop renewing your Link in Bio plan
Use this step-by-step guide to make the change confidently and keep your Gidstack page ready to share.
Follow these steps
Open billing settings
Sign in to Gidstack, open Settings, and choose Plans & billing. Only the workspace owner can change the plan.
Check how your plan is paid
Pay once means no automatic renewal. There is nothing to cancel: you can simply choose not to make another payment. Review the paid-through date to see when the current period ends.
Stop automatic renewal only if it applies
Automatic card renewal is currently unavailable for new purchases. If you have an existing recurring plan, choose Cancel renewal, review the paid-through date, and confirm. Complete any account-security confirmation and wait for Renewal is off before assuming the cancellation succeeded.
Know what happens at expiry
Paid access continues through the displayed date. Existing page content remains available afterward; new paid features and ongoing connections, tracking and custom-domain routing require an active plan. You can use Renew Pro or Renew Plus to buy another period when ready.
